Artist's Statement:
Growing up in Hawai‘i in the 2000's, my life was shaped by a fascination with aviation, space, and science fiction. The dawn of the information age promised a future of limitless creativity, where advances in CGI and personal computing meant one could conjure entire worlds from imagination alone.
Today, those early hopes for a bold new future feel increasingly unfulfilled. Media has settled into cycles of sequels and remakes, and the tools that once symbolized freedom of expression are now more constrained and profit-centric than ever. The market for creative content feels hypersaturated and nigh-impossible to break into.
Through digital art, film and animation, I reflect on childhood passions and the optimism of early digital culture. An era when originality thrived, and art wasn’t optimized for algorithms or engagement metrics. I make pre-algorithm digital content, the way it used to be. No mouth-agape youtuber faces. No clickbait "You won't BELIEVE this ONE simple trick" headlines or shilling questionable VPNs, mobile games, and online courses.
Through these pieces, I aim to evoke both nostalgia and a hope for resurgeance: a return to the spirit of digital experimentation, and an attempt to create the future that should have been.

Currently, I have very limited time for my art while working a full-time day job. I prioritize the works and vision I have planned, and may occasionally be open to collaborating. I am not looking to hire anyone at this time.
